Cuesilver does not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason; however, we allow exchanges within 3 days of delivery.
We have a 3-day exchange policy, meaning you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Please refer to the Return & Exchange Charges section below.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We will allow you to exchange your item one time for an item of equal or greater value. Jewelry items can be exchanged for jewelry only.
Steps to initiate an exchange:
- Contact Cuesilver’s customer support team via WhatsApp at +91 9407861600 or email at [email protected], and let us know the item you’d like to exchange along with your order number. Once approved, the exchange will be authorized.
- We will arrange a pick-up from the address you provide.
- Secure your jewelry with the original packing materials and hand it to our pick-up agent.
- Once Cuesilver receives your returned item, your new item will be processed promptly.
- The entire process typically takes about 7-10 business days.
Return & Exchange Charges
We charge a small exchange fee of ₹300 for all items, regardless of the total order value.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-ordered products (such as specially customized sizes for jewelry or personalized items).
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, gift cards, or third-party app/web, (etc) purchases (including third-party coupons/discount codes used to make purchases).
We allow exchanges due to size misfits or other issues only once after the final product is delivered. Re-exchanges are not possible after that.
Warranty Policy
We offer a 3-month warranty on all purchases (unless otherwise stated) made from this website. Products with broken or cracked gemstones are not covered under this warranty.
