Can I cancel my order?
We totally understand—sometimes plans change! Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we currently can’t modify or cancel it. We’re working on adding a cancellation window in the future.
Shipping
What is the shipping policy?
Your order is shipped between 1-3 business days and will reach you 3-7 business days after shipping. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email confirming that our fulfillment team has received it. Once your order is shipped, you’ll get an email notification with tracking details. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in any case.
